There were 76 single family homes sold in Ranchlands in 2019 for an average price of $392,058. Average Days on Market (DOM) for the Ranchlands community was 50 days. There were a total of 19 condo & townhome sales in Ranchlands with an average price of $215,508 and they took an average of 68 days to sell.

Development in the community of Ranchlands and Ranchland Estates was started in the late 70's. It's a beautifully treed area with rustic homes drenched in Earthy tones. Homes in Ranchlands offer very easy access to Crowfoot Trail and the Crowfoot LRT, making it a good choice for those commuting to downtown for work each day. Most of these properties offer a small frontage with a walkway to the road, and a small, fenced backyard with a detached garage or parking spaces behind the home.
