Established in 1914, the community of Crescent Heights is one of Calgary's oldest communities, perched on a bluff overlooking the Bow River and downtown core. Originally incorporated as a village in 1908, homes in Crescent Heights offers a wide range of housing for all...from luxury estate homes on the ridge to older character and war-time bungalows, to low-rise apartments and condominiums, some with spectacular views of the downtown skyline. There's also an off-leash area, playground areas and the tennis courts of the Mount Pleasant Tennis Court.

With it's panoramic views, Crescent Road is a popular designation for City of Calgary photo opportunities. As such, the neighbourhood experiences its fair share of traffic, not all of it good.
