Developed by Apex, Kincora is a master-planned Celtic-themed community with 120 acres of park and environmental reserves. A grand stone tower and entry wall grace the east entrance into the neighbourhood while stone walls accent the community at the entrances to many of the streets. Owner's of homes in Kincora enjoy a sparkling storm water pond with a gazebo perfect for strolls and outdoor activities where one can often see all sorts of wildlife, including rabbits, deer and the occasional owl.
