Built in 2007 Arriva came to change Calgary's skyline and had an affect like no other condo tower in Calgary before. The Arriva highrise was completed at the tail end of Calgary's biggest real estate boom and it offered lifestyles that most baby-boomers and young professionals had to notice. To maintain the integrity of the MLS® System, CREB® has decided to align community names, boundaries and districts with that of the City of Calgary. These community changes will come into effect January 5, 2016, and will turn the current 4 quadrants into 8 districts.
